Development Management and proforma analysis for the Guidant Corporation in Temecula, California. Project cost approximately $75 Million.

Pomerado Business Park
Pomerado Business Park in Poway, California. $150 Million Mello-Roos financed land acquisition and development project.

General Instrument Headquarters
General Instrument headquarters in San Diego on 32 acre campus. 350,000 sq. ft., $60 Million development.

DreamWorks

Master Planning & Development advisor for DreamWorks for Studio and Headquarters Campus in Playa Vista, California.

Cougar Mountain
630 acre mixed use development in Seattle, Washington, consisting of 902 single family and 802 multi family units with 800,000 sf of commercial and retail space. Land and infrastructure costs totaled $87 million. Improved parcels projected to be sold or joint ventured with merchant builders and office developers.
